How Revenue Pilot Works

From consumer inquiry to qualified exclusive opportunity — without your shop funding the marketing.

01

We Generate the Inquiry

Revenue Pilot funds the customer acquisition campaigns that bring transmission consumers into the system.

02

Katrina Engages Immediately

Katrina engages by voice, SMS, or chat and begins qualifying the consumer.

03

The Opportunity Is Qualified

Vehicle, service need, location, intent, and contact details are verified before the opportunity becomes billable.

04

Exclusive Delivery

The qualified opportunity is delivered exclusively to your shop, and Katrina attempts to place the consumer on your calendar.

You handle the transmission work. Revenue Pilot handles acquisition and qualification.

Know Why They’re Calling Before You Talk to Them

Katrina engages the consumer, verifies the opportunity, gathers useful information for your shop, and attempts to book the customer onto your schedule.

That’s a Revenue Pilot opportunity. Not just a form submission.

No Retainer. No Ad Budget. Just Pay for Qualified Opportunities.

Revenue Pilot funds customer acquisition. Your prepaid balance is only reduced when a qualified exclusive transmission opportunity is delivered.

01

Start With a $2,000 Lead Balance

Your $2,000 opening balance is not an agency fee or advertising charge. It stays available to purchase qualified opportunities delivered to your shop.

02

Pay $65 When an Opportunity Qualifies

Each Qualified Exclusive Transmission Opportunity deducts $65 from your available balance.

Appointment booking attempt included during the Founding Buyer Launch.

03

Approved Credits Restore Your Balance

If an eligible opportunity is reviewed and found not to have met the agreed qualification criteria when delivered, the approved $65 credit is restored to your available balance.

04

Your Balance Replenishes Automatically

When your available balance reaches $300 or less, your authorized payment method is charged only the amount needed to restore the balance to $2,000, unless different terms are stated in your Service Schedule.

Example: Balance reaches $260 → automatic replenishment is $1,740 → new available balance is $2,000

No fixed $2,000 recharge. Only the amount needed to restore the balance is charged.

Know Your Numbers? Do the Math.

Use your own shop economics to see what a $65 qualified exclusive opportunity needs to produce for the program to make sense.

What Would 30 Opportunities Need to Produce?

Customers Won Effective Close Rate GP per Customer Needed to Cover $1,950
1 3.3% $1,950
2 6.7% $975
3 10.0% $650
4 13.3% $487.50
5 16.7% $390
6 20.0% $325

30 qualified opportunities at $65 use $1,950 of lead balance.

These are mathematical examples, not Revenue Pilot performance projections.

If the numbers don’t work for your shop at $65 per qualified opportunity, you shouldn’t buy them.

You Should Know Exactly What You’re Paying For

A click or form submission is not automatically billable. An opportunity must meet the agreed qualification criteria before $65 is deducted from your balance.

REAL CONSUMER

Legitimate consumer with usable contact information — not spam, fabricated information, or an obviously fraudulent inquiry.

ACTUAL VEHICLE

An identifiable vehicle requiring service. Katrina attempts to capture year, make, and model whenever reasonably available.

ACTIVE SERVICE NEED

An active transmission, drivetrain, or related service problem requiring professional evaluation or service.

PROFESSIONAL-SERVICE INTENT

The consumer is seeking professional diagnosis, repair, or transmission service — not merely DIY information or general research.

ELIGIBLE LOCATION

The consumer and vehicle are within your agreed service area.

EXCLUSIVE & NOT A DUPLICATE

The opportunity is not an applicable duplicate under the agreed 90-day rule and is delivered exclusively to your shop.

A qualified opportunity does not have to become a sale.

Qualification does not require an approved estimate, completed repair, appointment show, exact mechanical diagnosis, budget threshold, financing, or acceptance of your pricing. Your technicians diagnose the vehicle — Katrina doesn’t.

Clear criteria. No mystery opportunity charges.

Why $65? Founding Buyers Help Us Build the Market.

Your Balance Isn’t a Volume Guarantee

Funding your account establishes purchasing capacity. It does not guarantee a specific number of opportunities within a specific period. Delivery depends on consumer demand, territory, qualification rates, acquisition conditions, and Revenue Pilot capacity.

30-Day Launch Review

Approximately 30 days after consumer acquisition begins, we’ll review delivery performance. If Revenue Pilot determines it cannot reasonably service your market, you may discontinue the program and request a return of eligible unused cash-funded balance, subject to reconciliation under your agreement.

If the economics work, we keep growing together.

FAQs

Common questions about pricing, qualification, exclusivity, credits, booking, and your prepaid balance.

Are these opportunities shared?

No. A billable opportunity delivered to your shop is exclusive according to your Service Schedule.

Do I pay if the customer doesn’t buy?

Yes. If the opportunity met the agreed qualification criteria when delivered, it is billable even if the consumer does not ultimately approve a repair or become a paying customer.

What if the customer doesn’t show?

A no-show does not automatically make an otherwise qualified opportunity nonbillable. Appointment attendance is separate from qualification.

What happens to my $2,000 opening balance?

It becomes your prepaid opportunity balance. Each qualified exclusive opportunity deducts $65, and any remaining balance stays available for future qualified opportunities.

Can I pause delivery?

Yes, subject to the notice and processing terms in your Service Schedule. Opportunities already generated or in process when a pause is requested may still require disposition under the agreement.

Does Katrina need access to my calendar?

Usable calendar access is needed for direct automated booking. Without it, Katrina can still qualify and deliver opportunities, but she may not be able to place the consumer directly onto your schedule.

Does the consumer need to know whether they need a repair, rebuild, or replacement?

No. Consumers are not expected to diagnose their own vehicle. A legitimate transmission-related service need can still qualify even when the exact repair is unknown.

Can Revenue Pilot work with another transmission shop near me?

Yes, unless geographic exclusivity is expressly granted in your Service Schedule. Lead-level exclusivity means a billable opportunity delivered to your shop is not also sold to another buyer.

What if the consumer is already my customer?

Existing-customer and duplicate situations are handled according to the duplicate and existing-customer provisions in your Service Schedule.

What if the opportunity wasn’t actually qualified?

Submit an eligible credit request. If review determines that the opportunity did not meet the agreed qualification criteria when delivered, the applicable $65 charge is restored to your available balance.

Who pays for advertising?

Revenue Pilot funds customer acquisition. You do not separately fund our advertising or pay a monthly agency management retainer under the Founding Buyer offer.

Why is there automatic replenishment?

Automatic replenishment helps prevent delivery from stopping because the account runs out of funds. When your available balance reaches $300 or less, the standard arrangement charges only the amount needed to restore the balance to $2,000, unless different terms are stated in your Service Schedule.

What happens to unused cash-funded balance if I stop?

Eligible unused cash-funded balance is handled according to the termination and reconciliation provisions of your agreement. Any applicable delivered opportunities, pending credits, or other adjustments are reconciled first.

Does Katrina diagnose transmission problems?

No. Katrina gathers information supplied by the consumer, such as vehicle details, symptoms, driveability, prior diagnosis, and urgency. Your technicians diagnose the vehicle.

How many opportunities will I receive?

Volume is not guaranteed. Delivery depends on consumer demand, territory, qualification rates, acquisition performance, and Revenue Pilot capacity. Your prepaid balance establishes purchasing capacity, not a guaranteed number of opportunities in a specific period.

Is there an agreement?

Yes. Before funding, you will receive the applicable Revenue Pilot agreement and Service Schedule defining pricing, qualification criteria, credits, exclusivity, replenishment, delivery, and account terms.
