Terms of Use

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, forms, applications, and online content operated by Revenue Pilot AI LLC (“Revenue Pilot AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. Purchasing our services requires a separate written agreement and applicable Service Schedule.

Accepting these Terms, providing a phone number, or submitting an application does not constitute consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is collected separately.

1. Website Purpose and Business Audience

Revenue Pilot AI provides lead generation, qualification, appointment-setting, automation, and related services to business customers.

Our Transmission Founding Buyer funnel is intended for transmission-shop owners and authorized business representatives considering purchasing our lead and appointment services.

The buyer funnel and its SMS program serve prospective and contracted business buyers. Consumer outreach is conducted through a separate program and phone number, with its own applicable disclosures and consent process.

Website information does not create a buyer relationship, reserve a market, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services without a separate written agreement.

2. Applications and Market Availability

Submitting an application does not:

* Guarantee acceptance into a program.

* Reserve a geographic market or guarantee exclusivity.

* Guarantee lead, opportunity, or appointment volume.

* Require Revenue Pilot AI to provide services.

* Require you to purchase services or fund an account.

We may evaluate market availability, service area, shop capacity, qualification criteria, calendar availability, business economics, and operational fit before offering enrollment.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and being authorized to act for the business you represent.

3. No Performance Guarantees

Revenue Pilot AI does not guarantee a particular number of leads, opportunities, bookings, completed appointments, customer purchases, or repairs.

We do not guarantee close rates, revenue, gross profit, return on investment, advertising performance, market demand, or business growth.

Calculators, examples, tables, and projections are illustrations, not promises of results. Actual outcomes depend on factors including consumer behavior, market conditions, shop responsiveness, availability, pricing, and service quality.

4. Qualified Opportunities and Exclusivity

Website descriptions of qualified opportunities summarize the program. The applicable written agreement and Service Schedule establish the specific qualification criteria, delivery rules, duplicate rules, exclusivity provisions, and credit eligibility.

An opportunity is not necessarily a booked appointment, completed repair, or paying customer.

Exclusivity of a delivered opportunity and exclusivity of a geographic territory are different. Any rights to either must be stated in the applicable written agreement.

If website information conflicts with a signed agreement or Service Schedule, the signed documents control the purchased services.

5. Pricing and Prepaid Balances

Published pricing may reflect introductory, promotional, Founding Buyer, or market-specific offers. Eligibility, availability, and the applicable written agreement determine the terms offered to your business.

Opening balances, per-opportunity charges, replenishment arrangements, credits, refunds, and account reconciliation are governed by your agreement and Service Schedule.

A prepaid balance does not guarantee a particular opportunity volume or delivery timeframe.

Submitting an application does not authorize a charge or recurring payment. Any payment authorization must be obtained separately.

6. Appointment Services and AI-Assisted Systems

Revenue Pilot AI may use AI-assisted voice, SMS, chat, and scheduling systems to collect consumer information, qualify service needs, route opportunities, and attempt appointment booking.

An appointment attempt does not guarantee successful booking, attendance, service approval, a completed repair, or payment by a consumer.

Booking performance depends in part on consumer cooperation, accurate calendar availability, and buyer responsiveness.

Descriptions of consumer-facing AI services explain the services provided to participating shops. They do not enroll business applicants in consumer messaging or replace the separate consent applicable to consumer communications.

7. No Automotive Diagnosis

Revenue Pilot AI does not inspect or diagnose vehicles or determine which repairs are required.

Consumer information may include reported symptoms, vehicle details, prior diagnoses, urgency, and driveability. This information supports qualification and routing and may require verification by the receiving shop.

The receiving shop is responsible for inspection, diagnosis, estimates, repair recommendations, pricing, service decisions, and repair outcomes.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and use our website lawfully.

You must not:

* Submit fraudulent or misleading information.

* Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority.

* Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.

* Interfere with website operation or security.

* Scrape, overload, or disrupt the website using automated systems.

* Copy or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.

* Violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Participating buyers must handle consumer information consistently with applicable permissions, law, and their service agreements. Receiving a consumer opportunity does not create unrestricted permission to send marketing messages.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, graphics, designs, calculators, software, workflows, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to Revenue Pilot AI LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website to evaluate our services. Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected materials.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may use or integrate third-party hosting, CRM, advertising, payment, communications, AI, scheduling, analytics, and data services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Revenue Pilot AI is not responsible for outages, restrictions, changes, or actions of independent providers beyond our reasonable control.

11. Website Availability

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website features.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser or device. Obligations relating to purchased services remain governed by the applicable written agreement.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Revenue Pilot AI disclaims express and implied warranties relating to the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Website information does not guarantee business results or expand warranties provided in a separate signed agreement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revenue Pilot AI LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.

This includes lost profits, revenue, opportunities, data, or business activity resulting from website use or reliance on website information.

These limitations apply only where legally permitted. Liability relating to purchased services is governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revenue Pilot AI LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the website.

* Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

* False or misleading information you provide.

* Your infringement of another party’s rights.

15. B2B Buyer-Program SMS Terms

Program and recipients

Revenue Pilot AI LLC’s buyer-program text messaging service is exclusively business-to-business (B2B).

Recipients are transmission-shop owners and authorized business representatives who opt in as prospective or contracted buyers of our lead and appointment services.

We text the business buyer—not the consumer seeking transmission repairs. For example, a contracted shop may receive a text notifying it that a consumer lead or appointment has been delivered to its business.

Consumer outreach uses a separate program and phone number. Buyer-program consent does not authorize consumer-program messages.

Application and buyer-service messages

With your non-marketing SMS consent, you may receive messages about:

* Your business’s buyer-program application and its status.

* Your enrolled buyer account and service updates.

* Consumer leads delivered to your shop.

* Consumer appointments booked with your shop or subsequently changed.

Business marketing messages

With your separate marketing SMS consent, you may receive messages about:

* Purchasing our transmission-shop lead and appointment services.

* Buyer-program offers and promotions.

* Sales follow-up concerning your business’s interest in our services.

* Separate, optional consent

Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are separate choices. Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default.

Providing a phone number, submitting an application, accepting these Terms, or becoming a customer does not itself authorize SMS messages.

You may select either category, both categories, or neither. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. We send messages according to your consent selections.

Your consent applies to Revenue Pilot AI LLC’s buyer-program messages and does not authorize marketing texts from other businesses.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging plan.

Unsubscribe

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the buyer-program SMS service, including both marketing and non-marketing messages from that program.

You may receive one unsubscribe confirmation. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

An active application, account, or contract does not override your SMS opt-out. Necessary business matters may instead be handled through another permitted communication channel.

Rejoining

To rejoin, complete the buyer program’s SMS opt-in process again. A new inquiry or continued use of our website does not automatically reverse an opt-out.

Eligibility and delivery

You must be at least 18 years old, authorized to act for the business you represent, and authorized to consent to messages at the number provided.

Delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and consent records.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS subscriber information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional messaging. Providers may process information as necessary to operate and support our messaging service, subject to the restrictions described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Revenue Pilot AI collects, uses, protects, and discloses information.

Reviewing or accepting that policy does not constitute SMS consent. Updating either the policy or these Terms does not expand existing messaging consent or reverse an opt-out.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

For disputes relating solely to website use and not governed by a separate agreement, applicable venue will be determined under Missouri law.

A signed service agreement may contain separate governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, or arbitration provisions that control the applicable business relationship.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.

The date above identifies the latest revision. Website updates do not amend a signed service agreement except through that agreement’s amendment process.

Changes to these Terms do not enroll you in text messaging, expand your SMS consent, or override an opt-out.
